Customer service is not good. They insist on computer check in and then want to doubt that you did it because the computer didn’t mark you as signed in or have your insurance information because the computer didn’t catch the photo they insisted on. Since Labcorp wants to go computerized check in (no matter what), I will see if I can find a different company (just like I refuse to use AI in phone customer service). Computers are NOT the end all/be all. People are still needed.

It’s been almost 2 weeks and no updates on my son’s food allergy blood test. I thought the location in Newport News was bad but this location takes the cake! They haven’t contacted Hampton Roads ENT (Hampton location) or myself since his test date (almost 2 weeks). I called the customer service line, in the morning afternoon and almost close and someone is always pressing the “straight to voicemail” button. Do better. I see why this location has 2 stars.

Always hand carry my paperwork. Most often the fax machine is not working.

My boyfriend needed a blood draw after his dermatologist appointment. This was close to their office so we stopped here.
