Made an appointment through the Labcorp website for a Saturday morning (Hampton, VA) and received confirmation. Traveled 30 miles to get here and they are no longer open on Saturdays. I was one of a dozen that arrived for their appointments. Not cool Labcorp!
The lady (caucasian) I believe her name was Michelle was rude, she talked too much and she does not know what she is doing. I should not still be in this much pain after getting blood drawn from her. I will never return calling corporate to file a complaint.
The attention of the woman inside is harsh and very impolite. She got angry because my doctor ordered the wrong exam like it was my fault. However the nurse inside was very nice and kind.
