Why hasn’t the front desk woman been fired? African American lady who screamed at two elderly patients for not doing their paperwork correctly, then told them to get out of the way so she could see the patients in line behind. Quit your job or improve your attitude, we’re just as disappointed we have to interact with you too
It’s shocking how irate and unprofessional the front desk woman is. Said her name was Anna, African American woman in her 40’s. I asked the nurse (who was kind) if Anna the receptionist was always so unhelpful . Her response: yes, she’s always miserable but nobody else will do the job
Staff is very helpful and super polite.
Fast and easy great place
I have been here twice this year. Check in is easy. Technicians are good(wasn't rude, cold mannered). Will continue to use as my go to place for Lab work.
