If I could give no stars I would. My orders have been lost twice. Last time some orders were not dine/found. I tried to find every excuse to forgive and understand the staff. The front desk women were awfully unprofessional. I feel sorry for anyone with cancer or serious diagnosis because the service and lack of kindness would bring them out if remission. Please improve your customer skills and records management.
They're fast, skillful, and always with a smile. My veins are problematic, but they manage to get them with gentle patience.
The staff at Labcorp was kind and professional. I was seen quickly, and had a remarkably painless blood draw (a real feat by my phlebotomist). I’ll definitely be returning!
Why has this ruder than rude receptionist not been replaced??? She is notorious!
