Staff is very helpful and super polite.
Fast and easy great place
I have been here twice this year. Check in is easy. Technicians are good(wasn't rude, cold mannered). Will continue to use as my go to place for Lab work.
The front desk is not “nice” but she is professional and does her job well. The lab tech was wonderful and kind. Normally there is a wait in the mornings but it’s not excessive. What wasn’t very professional was the rap music that was at times obscene and louder than normal office background music.
This is to reiterate what everyone has already said about the receptionist’s attitude, which is appalling. She’s rude off the bat with no apparent reason whatsoever—it’s very surprising that they would put someone with absolutely no social skills at the front desk. It also seems like she doesn’t know how to do her job—I gave her a specimen and she didn’t know what to do with it.
