The lab shares a lobby/office with a Thyroid Center. When you walk in there is a window with a receptionist, but this is for the Thyroid office. You are to take a number and sit down. You may, after 10 or so minutes, be tempted to walk up to the window to see if the lab is open, if anyone knows you're there, or if you're even in the right place.....do not succumb to this temptation.
