Horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t respond. They must not need customers or want money. Find another place that’s welcoming and wants money.
I do not recommend. I couldn’t even get through the appointment and left before the service was complete. Awful experience. The girl who set my hair didn’t know what she was doing and the one who pressed it, her technique…. Everyone that had extensions that left the salon looked decent, big natural girls with kinky curly hair, should stay away.
Went to this salon for my first time yesterday. Got a classic sew in ! Best experience ever! This will be my new salon from now on
Roza did a fabulous minimal leave out sew-in for my daughter. The shampoo was relaxing, braid down was expertly and gently done, and styling was superb. Clean atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. So glad we found this salon.
