Labadie Toyota contacted me about a safety recall on my Rav4 and I made an appointment with them to replace the part free of charge. I didn't realize my appointment was actually for the following week. I arrived a week early and they replaced my safety issue within an hour of my arrival. Awesome service!! Free of charge!! I purchased my Tacoma from this dealership. Took it to dealership June 25th, 2025 to have a comprehensive scan of systems before warranty expires. This is out of pocket. Also needed 2 items repaired which are covered by warranty. The gas cap door is ok'ed but can not get an answer on status of said part. Second item is a spring protruding up through drivers seat. Worst dealership I've ever experienced. They doctored up my almost new vehicle and still give me the run around today about taking care of services that I paid for. Used car manager - unprofessional. Offered to smoke marijuana with me to ease the trouble. Deplorable.
