This service appointment was not for my Cadillac, but rather for my daughter's Equinox. It concerned an exhaust leak that was causing a noise while idle and driving. The car is out of warranty coverage but has very few miles. Dan Hayes was the service advisor that assisted us with this visit. He contacted GM to inquire if they would cover this issue as it generally does not occur in vehicles with so few miles. Just got a new car I’ve needed in a long time for school and work commute walked in met the salesman Rain Vestal, we talked for about awhile regarding payments and process overall was flawlessly executed! Took awhile due to things from paperwork being submitted but overall very respectful guy and works with your needs/wants in the vehicle and very informative! Will definitely be back there again to buy another vehicle and your in the right hands with Rain!
