This is my experience of being a client here. Her office is just a room she rents from a typical 9-5 company. The receptionist was too busy talking on the phone about her personal problems to direct me to the room Lisa was in. Lisa did a great job drawing my blood. Unfortunately, she didn’t submit my urine sample correctly, resulting in the test not being run and putting me in the position of having to visit a different lab company on another day and give a second sample. Lisa was really great and gentle when she was drawing my blood plus she is really nice to talk to when Inter to the lab approach me with a great smile . They are booked and need to make appointments before you go no walking.

Horrible service. The owner is rude in all communications. They showed up late for most recent lab draw. I buzzed them in and they couldn't figure out how to get in the door. Instead of letting me try to buzz them in again they left. Very unprofessional. Do NOT use them. The first visit they had no problem getting in the door.
