Warning to everyone, even though it’s part of your primary care. They will send your blood work to the cape coral hospital and your insurance will treat it as a hospital bill and won’t cover it. Got a bill for thousands of dollars for routine blood work that insurance won’t cover because it was a “hospital visit” which I am sure it was by design to try and collect more money. Bad actors like Lee Health like this are why American healthcare is so poor.
Staff here is utterly incompetent. Can't get in for an appointment, can't get prescriptions filled, everything you try to do has a problem. Five people are sitting at the front desk, but somehow I still didn't get checked in for my visit.
