Even if you book an appointment, they get to yours by half an hour delay. The technician is never at work and they call them to commute from home.
DO NOT GO HERE! disrespectful nurse practitioner who’s always 30-40 minutes late to work and is talking impolitely. cannot find your order, and when you tell her every time that you booked your appointment through the order, how come she cannot find it, she responds impolitely. I was there at 7:50am to be seen first and she showed up at 8:30. This was the 3rd time the very same story happened. The management obviously doesn’t care because I had let them know.
The phone number foes mot work. The link to website returns you to the non-working phonr. Nine days without providing BK virus count which is usually an overnight return. This on a kidney transplant patient where information is health critical. Noce people though. Not their fault.

This place no longer exists. Apparently it was burnt down 2.5 years ago but Sutter health hasn’t bothered to update their website. Don’t waste your time.
