Hello—the service is abysmal. It is especially terrible when it comes to blood test results; the communication is awful, from phone calls to in-person interactions.

The lab physicians are aweful, my 16 months daughter’s blood need to draw but they didn’t have any professionalism of doing that. Extremely bad experience.
