The receptionist was very nice. However I have never an experienced in another Kaiser lab like the Kaiser Panorama city lab. I was called in the lab area with a bunch of people to an open area with what appears to be desks agains the walls decorated with personal items. Cute but really how hygienic? I was directed to sit at one of the desk chairs. At one point all the lab technicians came out and sat at the available seats.
