I also am not happy with the new lab hours. How are people who have normal 8-5 jobs supposed to get in there. And to be closed on sundays???? It’s not doable for most of the gen population.
I don't understand the low rating. They've always been organized, kind, fast once you're in, and very skilled at blood draw.
Drove all the way in for labs, after speaking with nurse who requested I get labs, and The Lab has suddenly new hours? No longer convenient for working people. And why the difference in pharm., urgent care and lab all have different times? Totally poor management, or should I say management that cares nothing about patient care. Cutting back says more about too much is being pocketed by upper management and less towards patient care/needs.
I rushed down there on Sunday because it says the lab is open till 5. And I got there and it's not open at all on Sundays. You need to update your hours.
