Great place but the wait time is a bit longer than the one in Fredericksburg.
I understand we all have family and emergencies. But why did the lab tech had airpod on and taking to someone else on PHONE while drawing my blood!!!!! Didn’t even verify my name🤷♀️
Great new location, but two stars off for the check-in process. The tv screens in the main lobby are very confusing. The text is small and very hard to read. This is not going to make life easy for seniors and those with challenged vision. Please take the time to make those screens more easy to read by increasing the font size and assigning each column a title, explaining what it is that the patient is looking at.
