Bad blood draw
Ridiculous that they open at 6am. This is a 24hour facility and my before work/family hours rarely allow for after work appointments. I am in an empty building, mostly empty parking lot, urgent care 0 people waiting, they even called the lab people who clearly were in the building to still be told no. In a building at a time where there are little to no patients present someone can't draw my blood. Great place but the wait time is a bit longer than the one in Fredericksburg.
I understand we all have family and emergencies. But why did the lab tech had airpod on and taking to someone else on PHONE while drawing my blood!!!!! Didn’t even verify my name🤷♀️
