I was very lucky to have one of many physiotherapy that are at the Esquimalt center Lab Health. Their appointments are never long enough. I am there for both my shoulders, one knee replacement and quality information on an arthritic foot. I do hope if you are reading this, you will interview them and give them a chance to advise you on your healing journey. MKW with all my disfunctional body parts I am very appreciative to the time Mark takes find the core reason where my pain and discomfort is coming from.

I have no problem recommending Sean for massage therapy. I can only comment from a therapy lens but I can't imagine he'd disappoint if you're looking for a nice relaxing massage as well. I began seeing Sean to address left side pain and discomfort due to arthritis and I've been pleased with his attention to my issues.
