Always kind and welcoming!
Plebotomist was unmasked and sniffing/coughing, then wore the same gloves to touch the drawers, garbage can, scratch her scalp etc and then was going to poke me with those same gloves? I asked her to please change gloves and she was unhappy about that. Waiting room was crowded and gross too. Had to give urine sample and the lab bathroom was filthy. Am never ever going back there. Froedtert is an amazing place, cannot understand how the lab is so awful!
They are weird and suspicious acting. They are not to trusted if you want get help.
No sense of time of the patient, complete miscommunication with doctors and they’re in the same building 🙄
