The lab tech was great. However, my blood test results hasn't been posted in a timely manner. Previous blood tests results via Ascension lab posted almost immediately.
Took my 2 kiddos to get blood drawn. Each had 4 tubes taken. Lab lost them. My kids are terrified of needles and have to go through this all over again.
Wonderful place was in and out in know time!!!!! Would absolutely go back plus the pretty blonde girl that took my blood was very easy on the eyes and she was super sweet and knowledgeable!!!’n
Both the person in the front office and the lab worker were fast and efficient and pleasant.
If I could give no stars, I would. I called to verify the lab's hours and was told they close at 3 pm. I rushed over and got there at 2:46. No one was in the waiting area. I could have been in and out in 10 minutes. Except the lab was closed for the day. I knocked - no answer. I was told by another department that the lab staff often goes home early if it is slow. F- for customer service, patient care, and integrity. 3 pm means 3 pm. Shame on you.
