They are way better now. They got rid of the phlebotomist and now it it pretty quick
I spoke to an employee about my insurance before having lab work done and they led me to believe they were in network with my insurance. Then I got a bill for almost $1900 because, it turns out, they are not in network. I called, explained the situation, and they refused to work with me at all on the amount. Absolutely horrific customer service and the employees here clearly cant be trusted to know what they are talking about.
Great place was in and out in no time at all. Good experienced staff got me on the first stick will use this place in future.
The lab tech was great. However, my blood test results hasn't been posted in a timely manner. Previous blood tests results via Ascension lab posted almost immediately.
