Been there many times and no problems. In fact, there is one bloodtaker there with a funny as hell personality, which is why I keep going back.
Staff was reading a magazine at reception window and told me to take a seat. No one was in waiting room. Before I could get to seat I was summoned back to desk. She told me I needed to provide sample. I told her I had just been to bathroom could we do blood work first and she said no they had a process and that was not it. I went to try for sample which I returned with a very little she said it was not enough. Again I asked if I could do blood work to allow time to get sample. Again she said no because of some policy.
