The black lady was super rude to me and kicked me out of the office . I would like to invite her to swim with the crocodiles 🐊 in the Nile river
The 3 women working at this location today were extremely rude to my husband and showed no courtesy to my 16 year old daughter about her anxiety over getting her blood drawn. They were unwilling to accommodate her. My husband requested they call another location to see if they had an appointment available and a cot for her to lie down on during her blood draw. I had the best experience ever considering they were taking my blood. The Phlebotomist, SuJuan, was the best....I hardly even felt it!
Awful, aggravating and argumentative service. I will never use this facility again, and I will report them to my insurance company for this poor service.
