I had a 10am appointment, checked in from my car at 940. At 950 I received a text that the technician was ready, I walked in, gave my paperwork to a technician sitting behind the front desk, she was pleasant and let me know someone would be with me soon. I was in the room having my blood drawn at 10am, the technician was very kind, she advised me of each step of the process, when she inserted the needle I didn't feel anything. Charniese was fast and friendly at the front desk and Alexa was considerate and compassionate; she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. My wait time was less than 20 minutes.
