Reception is always agresive and almost unwelcoming
If it wasn't for Alexa, the review would be worse. Staff overall is unprofessional, but Alexa was wonderful and friendly, didn't even feel the needle. She smiled and was friendly.
I had a 10am appointment, checked in from my car at 940. At 950 I received a text that the technician was ready, I walked in, gave my paperwork to a technician sitting behind the front desk, she was pleasant and let me know someone would be with me soon. I was in the room having my blood drawn at 10am, the technician was very kind, she advised me of each step of the process, when she inserted the needle I didn't feel anything.
