Wonderful staff
I am here at 11:47 AM and they go to lunch at 12 and they refused to draw my blood. They don’t take any patients until 1pm because they are “preparing to close for lunch.” No one was there to say at least they had other patients to process. I am amazed that private companies can afford doing business like this.
This morning, as a walk-in patient, I experienced exceptional service from the entire staff, from the receptionist to the lab technician, who were both welcoming and professional. My experience stands in stark contrast to some of the negative reviews I encountered earlier this week. I encourage you to disregard those reviews, as you can expect to receive excellent care.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely poor customer service. Wasn’t willing to help me at all. And didn’t care! There was nobody in the lobby. The door was locked 10min before they closed and I stood outside for 2 min before somebody came to the door to open it! The service that I needed was only going to cost them 5 min of their time.
I made a PEDIATRIC appointment for my 9-month-old to get blood drawn. I specified when I made the appointment that it was a pediatric appointment, and her age was apparent because I had to list her birthday. When I walk into the appointment, the phlebotomist says "Oh, it's for the baby?" My confidence immediately plummeted. I should have turned around and left.
