My experience here was exceptionally well. After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about going to this location. But I arrived gave him my name. They instructed me to Sign in at the kiosk. At the completion of doing that they took my paperwork made sure everything was correct in their system,. I waited in the lobby no longer than 10 minutes. This team consistently takes care of their patients. Twice I have visited for blood draws and both times they have gone above and beyond, been super sweet, and an altogether painless event!
Excellent experience today. The receptionist was friendly and smiling. I had an appointment for a routine blood draw, and was called a few minutes early. The best part of my experience was the phlebotomist Alexa! Super friendly, outgoing, efficient, and professional. It’s obvious she takes pride in her job. I would choose her every time if could.
