My 90 yr. old Mother had to get labwork at the Fayetteville location today. We were the 2nd people to walk in I was advised they needed a urine sample also. 10 minutes later after 4 others were seen my Mom says she has to poop I tell the receptionist and she ignores me. I wait 5 more min and my Mom is about to go in her pants. I go to the receptionist and say I don't mean to be a PITAbut my Mom is in an emergency situation She does nothing, then disappears. Went in for a urine test. My questions were ignored. Gave the sample. Three days after the test employer said it was cancelled by the lab.
It really do need to be a sign or you all should say on a voicing system that you stop taking walk-ins at a certain time. I got here at 345 and you all close at 430
WORST LOCATION EVER with the rudest employees. Don’t bother asking them questions or knocking or getting help. Report them if you can. I’m shocked with how disgusting they treat you.
Alexa and front staff were really nice and they did so well with my 9 year old. Explained what they were doing and only had to stick him one time! Very good experience and they did amazing making my son feel involved and aware of everything that was going on and the wait was not long at all!!
