My daughter had to go in for labs ordered by her neurologist. She had all her info, apt time, labs etc. Jessica the person she worked with wouldn't accept the order for some reason. My daughter called me upset, so I inturn had to immediately call her Neurology office, explain the situation and thank goodness they are professional, and on top of it over at Atrium Neurology. Bloodwork on a Monday at 3:30. 10 minutes in and out and everyone was friendly enough.
The girl at the front desk is always pleasant when I come in for bloodwork every few months. This time though there was a new blonde girl with tattoos all over her that wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I have a bunch of tattoos, I’m just explaining what she looked like for whoever is reading this. She didn’t say anything to me.
