The staff is so nice and friendly!
Went to have bloodwork done. Both gals working there, absolute professionals!
Everyone was friendly. Check-in was simple on an Ipad and I was seen shortly thereafter. I don't remember the technician's name but as someone who hates needles, I barely felt the stick. She was great. Overall a very good experience.
Since May-June of this year (2025), it is hard to get anyone on the phone and also they do NOT return calls. And this is not the 1st time, they do Not send my results to my doctor. Staff is nice, but they need to respond or do their job correctly.
I made an appointment online, checked in through the texted link, and was immediately seen and taken back for my blood draw. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient and LaKreisha (the spelling is probably wrong, sorry!) was excellent with the blood draw. Overall a great and super quick experience!
