Went to get a drug test and MARIA R. the lady that’s top heavy conducting the tests was so rude and weird, had a weird tone to her when talking. You’re here to collect my bodily fluids and conduct tests no need for all of the attitude. I get healthcare or whatever she gets paid for isn’t customer service but don’t try to ruin people’s day just cause you hate your life.
Fast, and very professional. Some reviews say they are rude. Not rude just business oriented.
I went to have fasting bloodwork done this morning. The website said they open at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:38am. There were two people ahead of me in line. A lady which I assumed was an employee comes down the hallway at 7:49am and states that someone “should be here at 8:00”. I said the website says opening time is 7:30am. The lady was so incredibly rude and stated. “We’re short staffed”. So does that mean staff just shows up whenever??? I left and went to Quest which is in the same building and my dr office. Check-in was easy and the wait was reasonable. However the lab technician was so rude and unpleasant. I hope she isn’t that miserable every day. Maybe it was just a bad day and her cat died or something.
