Terrible experience, very unprofessional and rude. I went there for a drug screen for employment and upon walking in no one spoke. So I continued on to sign in with the machine then finally someone said ooh who doesn't want to stay on the chair? One of the them heard my bag drop .. I was pushing a baby stroller with my 5 month old and then I finished checking in. In the middle of me checking in I had a question about which drug test to select from the check in screen. Quick and great staff
Self check in was an easy process, went to get my blood drawn and i barely felt the needle! i was out in 10 minutes.
Never answer the phones
I utilized the kiosk for check-in due to the absence of staff at the front desk. Ten minutes later, the impolite attendant requested my ID, despite my prior scanning of it and submission of all necessary information. After I provided the required documentation, he examined my phone and, upon realizing the purpose of my visit, regarded me with disdain, stating, "You're here for an employee drug test," in a condescending tone.
