Such a much better experience than the lab corp on boulder view in Richmond. Staff was friendly and professional. Things were orderly. Office was comfortable and had a relaxed atmosphere. I'll make the drive here from now on for lab work
Never had a problem. Very respectful and sometimes busy but it happens. The only thing I recommend is a more private area to discuss private Information at front desk. The best location in Richmond Area i think.
Incompetence is a good word for this place. I will never go there again. I would give a zero rating if that was an option.
Had a balance due of $80 apparently from last year. But I came a couple of months ago for labs but was not told then?? I had to Pay it all or they refused service. Don't go here. Awful
