I had an excellent experience at the LabCorp location in Brunswick. I really appreciate how easy it is to have my blood work done locally with the results readily available to my doctor and maintained in one place so I can follow my lab history over time. But the real reason for this review is the people. Tonya, Lynn, and Marie were attentive, caring, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. I want to know who authorized you to text me? I had blood drawn at my doctor's office and it was sent to LabCorp for analysis. My insurance company already sent me a statement of how much I will need to pay. I have been waiting on a invoice to come in the mail to pay it. If you think sending me a text message with a link to pay my bill is acceptable, then you are mistaken. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Horrible billing service. Have had blood drawn and proper insurance billed but twice their office sent the bill to the wrong insurance provider. One time it was fixed with a phone call. The other time I am still trying to get worked out 9 months later. Horrible! Update- so after waiting a couple weeks for a supervisor to call, I finally call back and pay the $109 amount to get this scumbag of a company out of my life.
