I basically had the same negative experience when I went there about six months ago, and refused to go back. Very nasty attitude from staff…not a smile or thank you. Also very poorly drawn blood work. Painful and burning continued for about half hour. Never had that before. I’m 70 plus and value being treated with respectful care.
I went in yesterday April 22nd to get my blood drawn for lab work . When I sat down in the room I was asked my name and date of birth , that’s it . The nurse / lady who drew my blood never told me her name or had any other conversation with me besides that . She proceeded to stick a needle in my right arm and it hurt very bad , thinking the pain would lessen I tried to Tough it out as I’ve gotten my blood drawn before . I had a simple blood draw this afternoon. I live out of town and had to use Labcorp inspire of the poor reviews at this location. I checked in at the kiosk and was called near the time of my appointment. The receptionist was not friendly but did her job. The technician drawing the blood never greeted me or spoke to me except to ask my name. Later, she said to tell her if she was hurting me. She drew the blood however I have never had such a painful draw. A big bruise as a result which I have never experienced before. I live ... read more
