I went in yesterday April 22nd to get my blood drawn for lab work . When I sat down in the room I was asked my name and date of birth , that’s it . The nurse / lady who drew my blood never told me her name or had any other conversation with me besides that . She proceeded to stick a needle in my right arm and it hurt very bad , thinking the pain would lessen I tried to Tough it out as I’ve gotten my blood drawn before . I had a simple blood draw this afternoon. I live out of town and had to use Labcorp inspire of the poor reviews at this location. I checked in at the kiosk and was called near the time of my appointment. The receptionist was not friendly but did her job. The technician drawing the blood never greeted me or spoke to me except to ask my name. Later, she said to tell her if she was hurting me. I was with my husband and sitting with our son so he could get his urine test for a job in the lobby I don’t see the problem with that and I seen a old man come in and seemed like he didn’t know how to use the kiosk to sign in so he went to ask for help from the front desk and I heared them from the front desk laughing and the lady with the braids I don’t know her but she came out rude as hell and walked to him saying it’s not hard to use this like poor man I sat and witnessed this like what kind of customer service is this ... read more
