Please refer to this and the other reviews especially if getting blood drawn. The phlebotomist stuck me hard in the arm, no blood came out so we had to switch to the other ( the first arm is the arm I always to get blood drawn). The arm she stuck me hard in now has nerve pain. I can't even straighten my arm all the way without it hurting and it's been a week. I've never had nerve pain after getting blood drawn prior to coming here! I'm so serious do NOT come here if you have the option!
FORMAL COMPLAINT. Blood collected on 09/09/2025 at 2311 Parkwood Dr. Brunswick GA. New employee. Showed 100% lack of training in drawing blood. She jabbed me twice in the same arm and was unable to draw blood. She left the room with no explanation. A visiting technician entered the room & immediately was able to withdraw blood at 1st attempt & fill 4 vials. It was horrendous experience. There were no apologies. I have previously been at this location in past years, but I will never return.
Labs are a pain we all know the struggle. The ladies here always help me, no matter how incorrect my script is written (my dr is the worst) and always calling/fighting on my behalf so I can get my monthly labs completed. Be nice. They care, they just busy!! Thank you for your attention to this matter! :)
Staff was certainly ready to go to lunch when I got there, but very unfriendly staff. Then, I had to go through five calls to find my lab results because they were never sent to my doctor! If you have to use them, follow up with phone calls to find out where your lab work is!
