I read the other reviews which weren’t great but I took a chance on this location and had a great experience. Jasmine was fast and efficient in getting me checked in. India was a pleasure. I’m normally afraid of needles and my veins are not readily visible but she assessed thoroughly until she identified a viable vein. She even got a second opinion so not to have to stick me multiple times. This was the first time I had someone take blood and it didn’t hurt. India and Jasmine gave me a 10/10 experience!
I can't give zero stars, so it has to be one. Front desk is very rude and has no manners to talk to people. Maybe she shouldn't be working there with that attitude in the medical field. She don't belong in the medical field if she is not compassionate about others. She is there to help, not too be dramatic and cause trouble to the patient's. I love this location and all of their staff are very knowledgeable and hospitable.
Easy and clean to check in. Once I was called the get my labs done the older black lady with a short pixie cut and huge gold hoops was very rude. I left my glasses on the table she told me “you can move those” she didn’t greet me as I did to her and asked for my name which I complied and she asked again, so I assumed she didn’t hear me and I repeated my first name. Friendly and competent staff in a clean and comfortable office. They run a tight ship here, the front desk was moving through appointments and walk-ins with ease. I was lucky enough to pick this location for my 4hr Glucose Test and the time flew by.
