Great experience! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this clinic.
Location is continuously understaffed. Staff available is rude. Waiting area got packed and older patients couldn’t sit.
Incredibly RUDE and unhelpful front desk staff. On June 23 I had a 9:45 AM appointment at the greenbelt location. I had a terrible experience with the staff. One sign-in kiosk was occupied and the other was missing the ID tray required to log in. When I stood 4–5 feet back in line to get help, the older woman at the front desk loudly and rudely yelled at me that I was "too close" and to sit down and wait to be called.
