I see by the reviews that some are not so good, but I was fortunate today as everything went perfect. The check-in process took less than 10 seconds, they called me to the window for my paperwork had me signed in and under a minute, it was crowded, but my appointment was for 10:30 AM and I was called back at 10:32. I noticed some people did not have an appointment and just walked in, I have always made an appointment online before going and have never had to wait very long, I think the key is making an appointment upfront. They are exceptionally excellent at this location. Text results come out quickly too.
Long wait , short staff& person at desk was very rude She had a very bad attitude & non willing to answer questions . As if i was a bother. I was a walk in as 10 people ahead ,with only I person with appointments I was there for over 1 &1/2 hours. I had a hard time because I am diabetic & have a hard time with my kidneys. I will not return to this branch. ON A POSTIVE NOTE Crystal was very pleasant , look over worked
Professional, normal work flow environment, technicians past performance has been exemplary!
