Went there to do lab work; the staff is rude and unprofessional, but my biggest concern, it’s extremely unsanitary, the bathroom which was necessary to use for the lab work, was dirty i has to scrub it down myself. And when i collected the sample they asked me to just put it somewhere behind a desk next to some paperwork, and another person’s sample, so easy to knock over, so unsanitary, chances of contamination is so high.
The lady essentially made me come back to get each lab work done by the doctor individually Bc she couldn’t be bothered to look in the system to see which test was needed. I realized that lady did not want to help me. If I had an inkling of that I would have cancelled the appointment for her.
Not sure why this place has poor reviews—I’ve been here several times, and it’s consistently been a great experience. Staff, location, and wait room are great.
The lady’s in the front have a bad attitude, aren’t even going in the order the patients are coming in.
Waited 2 hours to get called back and another 40 minutes before someone actually came to take the blood draw. Go literally anywhere else.
