I had a very positive experience with this lab! I scheduled an appointment for blood work in ADVANCE. When I arrived I used their link so I could wait in my car. I was on time and waited maybe 5 minutes before being called into the office. There were a couple people waiting inside. There was only ONE technician working and she was handling everything from checking patients in, processing their paperwork, as well as drawing the actual labs. She was EXTREMELY pleasant and happy. I discovered the reviews for the Albany, GA LabCorp on Google while searching for the phone number and they were horrible. It made me very weary and anxious about going. However, when I got there, the only employee that works there was SUPER nice and very professional. Total opposite of what the reviews said. I hope she gets some help in there soon. It's not fair for her to be the receptionist and the person who collects samples and does the blood work. So unfair to her.
If you are gonna work with the public you need to be nice and act professional the lady that was there when I went was very rude, had a terrible attitude, I understand she’s all alone working there but thats no excuse to treat people the way she does I have to go back for a second time and I was really wishing I could go somewhere else...

We went in twice and received blood tests. It did not take long and the staff was kind and helpful. No problems!
