On March 28, approximately at 3pm I dropped a sample off for my brother. Both technicians were rude and so dismissive to the woman in front of me that I had to step in. The grey haired tech actually said to the woman seeking a blood draw, “Do I look like IT to you!?? We have no slots open” The other tech actually hollered down the hall, “ We gotta nother one!” Demoralizing to be treated like cattle. An awful experience.

The staff is very rude and they messed up my drug screening. I got an email from my future employer one month later that the lab threw away my sample before completing all the required tests. Now I have to make another appointment!
Pésima la atención al cliente y la señorita Colombiana que está al frente muy grosera, que falta de empatía con los usuarios, con una actitud grotesca, desafiante y se refiere de una muy mala manera a los usuarios, no volvería por acá nunca más en la vida
Si pudiera no les dejaba ni una , en línea aparece que tienen turnos para los sábados, e aquí estoy y están cerrados, las personas trabajamos y nos planificamos, lo considero una gran falta de respeto hacía nosotros, espero me respondan
