Un lcentro excepcional, un trato exelente.
Absolutely unprofessional and rude. When I asked the phlebotomist Liza what the issue was with my script and why they couldn’t take it. She said we can’t do it and I asked why ? Her response is because “that’s how we do it, this is medicine” I then told her that was not an answer. I asked for everyone’s name because instead of explaining they decided to have a coffee clutch talk and laugh about non work related topics and make me wait 1/2 hour and then not take me. Very unprofessional service. I checked in and waited at the window while employees ignored me and disappeared after telling me to wait. No one followed up or tried to help. After 10 minutes, I was told they don’t even provide the service I came for and was sent to another location 30 minutes away. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of time.
