Very rude front desk, especially if they assume your language preference.
Website states walk-in available but they hardly take walk in and they dont inform you that they won't see you even after being there an hour plus. I have an appointment and they still havent called me up after signing in after 30mins plus. Front desk is rude and doesn't communicate well. Never had these issues with Quest.
These people have no regards for people's time. I scheduled my drug test at 2 and checked in at 1:40 to be told at 2 pm that "she" could not take me because she was already doing the last patient of the day and to come back in the morning as a walk in. I told her I am very busy all the time so walk in doesnt work for me and that I had checked in at 1:40 still the front desk said I would not get the test so I left. Horrible experience there. I had a young black woman who did my intake and took my blood. She was so rude and very unprofessional towards me. She injured me. My veins are see through my skin and she could not even get a vein. She put the needle in next to the van and then she kept poking and as a result I have a huge bruise on my arm which I have never been bruised like this before.
