This is one of the worse places to get service from. Usually Labcorp has fantastic staff but this one needs real training when it comes to customer service. They are rude and very impatient…
So don't even bother sending your drug test or urine test here super slow nobody at the front desk 50 people in the waiting room and they will accept your drug test and make your ass wait two days SHUT IT DOWN !!!
I made an appointment online for a morning test. I'm diabetic, and the test was for an empty stomach. When I arrived, I had to check in. The appointment was for 2 p.m. Is the website not working for my support? Or is their work flawed?
Imagina q haces un appoiment online y al llegar hay q hacer una cola de 4 horas, que eres diabética dependiente a insulina y vas en ayunas para tu análisis de sangre. Y aún dando esa información no te ayudan y te tratan como si molestaras. Eso le sucedió a mi madre de 72 años cuando la lleve. No es posible q la web no funcione y no digan nada de antemano. Nunca más voy ahí.
