Literally had one person working with a room full of people. I waited 2hrs. This person was very unprofessional. Terrible. I wouldn’t never come to this location again.
They block your number, don't do With them. They don't even deserve one star

I walked in to take a urinalysis test the people at the front desk rudely told me to come back later because they were on lunch even though the sign on the door said lunch had ended 15 minutes prior and the door sign said come in we are open. I didn't deal with them that much but the little interaction I had with them was definitely below one star service.
What's the point of making an appointment? I'm still sitting here (well past my appointment time) with a room full of people. Looks like only 1 employee is working here. Ugh! I suggest trying a different location or lab.
