Not over run with patients like other locations , mainly Brownwood being overrun with cancer and hospital patients
Never had trouble before but today was terrible. Been waiting 1 1/2 hrs for my 11:15 appointment. Check in kiosks not working. Only one person drawing blood. Waiting room packed. This is for Lady Lake FL location. Never had trouble at Ocala FL site on 17th St. I'm disgusted.
This office has become one of the worst LabCorp that I have ever visited. They are now appointment only, went there today because they are six days out for appointments, which I found very strange. Walked into the office. The girl at the desk was filing her nails, I am not kidding. She was filing her nails! The nurses were in the hallway, talking with each other there were two of them on staff. I've been going to this location for over 10 years. The staff is wonderful and professional. Most importantly ..PAINLESS.
The Only LabCorp I will go to I have never had a problem with them they have always been fast and courteous and I only trust them for my blood work and other tests
