She was friendly, got me out in under 15 minutes and her prick didn't hurt as much as is typically the case from other places.
I went to get some bloodwork done and was really impressed with the phlebotomist, Bella. She was very professional. I appreciate how kind she was because I get a little queazy when I have to have blood drawn. I happens to go to the Odessa location this time, but normally I would go to Midland. The Odessa location was very easy to locate and it was not busy at all.
Bella is the absolute best! She is always something quick and efficient as well as personable!
