We were in and out before our appointment time even. The tech is amazing! Very quick, super good at her job. My only issue is with the parent company. They have only one person running the whole show. That is NOT fair or safe for her.
Super fast, nice, and easy. Showed up 15 min early and was out before my appt. time even started. Danielle was awesome.
They need more help. The phlebotomist is the front desk person also. So she's checking people in and also doing the draws. It's making for a very long wait time, which isn't fair to her or the clients. Shame on corporate for putting her in that position because this is a very busy office. She did a great job though trying to manage it all.
I always choose to come to the Odessa location. It’s always quick and painless, I’m in and out with min 10 minutes. The staff remembers who I am which makes the appointment much more comfortable!!
Walked over here signed in at 1126 she comes out 10 mins later says drug testing stopped at 1130 and i have to come back 130. No thanks i wont let them send me here again.
