very rude front desk staff members and poorly run clinic. they seem very unorganized and were unprofessional with myself and other patients

Had blood drawn this morning (Walk-in) for routine labwork. This was my 3rd time using this facility and every time was quick and efficient. I am kind of shocked by the bad reviews so I thought I would tell about my good experiences.
