The individual working was nice. There doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency to process patients quickly.
Came in with an appointment, apparently the computer glitched out or something and I was never listed even though I had and showed an email confirmation from the day before for this location. The single person on staff, doing all the paperwork/collection/concierge, wasn't very understanding, bordering unnecessarily frosty. I was there for over 2 hours for what should have been a routine, in and out situation. This location has great bedside manners and availability (though it closes a bit early), but the blood draw could be more careful. I noticed blood spurting out when the needle was inserted, and it took about 10 days for the bruises to go away.
It’s hard to get an appointment but much much worse is not getting your results timely so you can get treated! It’s been 4 days and still no new. Glad I went to Urgent Care on Saturday and immediately began treatment.
