Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this location. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in with questions and concerns, but instead of assisting me, she was dismissive and disrespectful. It felt like I was bothering her just by asking for basic information. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to others
i normally don’t write reviews but this was one of the most unnecessarily painful blood tests i’ve ever gotten (on 2 occasions) and the woman working there barely acknowledges you. i will not be returning
Worst place for customer care. This place is by appointment only and it is not busy at all. The name of the place itself should say in Google as Labcorp (appointments only). That will save everyone a trip. It is idiotic. Bad vibe! You have been warned.
