I went for an employment drug test. There was no one in front giving instructions for the procedure nor what to do as soon as you walk-in. I had a question regarding the order of receiving patients since the list where i signed in was not at hand anymore and asked if they wanted me to sign-in again ( I had an appointment), an assistant took the sheet, same assistant called me a woman's name since i told her I was at the bottom of the sheet where i wrote my name the first time( very rude thing to do) and I was in-front of her... read more
