Today was my first visit to this lab location. Other than all the road construction making it difficult to find and get to, which has nothing to do with LabCorp, my visit was stellar. It was around 9 a.m. since I was fasting. I was in and out within 15 minutes max without having made an appointment. No glitches of any kind. The only employee with whom I dealt was the young man who drew my blood. Will update once complete but so far reception has been friendly and understanding.
Sat there knocking for an hour during their open hours posted on the door and no one would answer. Called the helpline and they couldn’t even reach them. Highly unprofessional. Have to return tomorrow. Will update. Update: came again the next day. No appointment necessary. It was, as usual, short staff problems. They were super nice ladies and I was in and out within 15 minutes. No complaints otherwise.
Went in at 9 am on a Friday. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. very friendly staff and pain free.
