I experienced difficulty when the front desk receptionist declined my insurance card, despite my successful use of the same card at The Lab Corp by the traffic circle and in Los Alamitos. The staff appeared unhelpful and displayed rude behavior, leading me to call the customer service phone number. The representative I spoke with confirmed that my insurance is accepted.
Lakewood Location is understaffed & saturday hours aren't friendly for customers. Los Alamitos office is open later on Saturdays & has " NO CUSTOMERS " but Appt is needed on Saturdays. Lakewood office needs to stay open longer on Saturdays. Termino/Traffic Circle Location is the Best with Staff & Hours!!!
Should have read the significant number of poor reviews. On line appointment made, arrived 30 minutes in advance of appointment Had to wait for parking space, as there are only 10 parking spaces. Still on time for appointment. Tried to use Scan code. Wasn't working. 25 people waiting to have lab work. "TJ" at sign in given our information. TJ stated there is no lab work ordered from doctor.
