One of my favorite activities is coming here 15 min early for my appointment so I can still get called up almost an hour after it was supposed to start. The employees being rude and uncaring throughout the entire visit also really make my day.
I experienced difficulty when the front desk receptionist declined my insurance card, despite my successful use of the same card at The Lab Corp by the traffic circle and in Los Alamitos. The staff appeared unhelpful and displayed rude behavior, leading me to call the customer service phone number. The representative I spoke with confirmed that my insurance is accepted.
Lakewood Location is understaffed & saturday hours aren't friendly for customers. Los Alamitos office is open later on Saturdays & has " NO CUSTOMERS " but Appt is needed on Saturdays. Lakewood office needs to stay open longer on Saturdays. Termino/Traffic Circle Location is the Best with Staff & Hours!!!
