Customer service is poor, front desk is rude. They schedule multiple patients in one appointment time, reason why patients are not being seen in scheduled time. My appointment was 9:15, I arrived 8:45 and checked in. They’ve seen me past 10am, when asked the front desk how long is the waiting still waiting for the room. Don’t go here find another LabCorps in othet area.
Great place to have your tests done! Usually doctors would send me to Quest but I am always asking for Labcorp. Clean, friendly staff, Leticia the site coordinator is the best! It’s busy but if you have an appointment you’re in and out! The check in system is a breeze! Thanks Labcorp!
Lacorp need a larger space. And they could accommodate more customers and not have such long wait t , they could split lunch time, leave some employees working.That way you avoid closing down the work place. It's better customer service.
