A global lab monopoly operating in the best interest of insurance companies. Waiting 2 hours for a blood draw is normal business here. The checkin kiosks do not connect to the front desk-who knows where the data goes! Horrible company.
They could at least tell us it was going to be a 2 HOUR wait for a walk in lab. The que for this facility is abysmal to say the least.
Terrible service, they are truly horrible. Worst labcorp lab I’ve ever been too. Staff is lost half the time they don’t know what is going on and is a complete clown show.
This is absolute worst place ever I got here for my appointment well before time I still ended up sitting in the waiting area for over 2 hours while I watched people get up walk out or people going before me who arrived 30-45 mins after me a 10 panel quick pee test should not take this long as of now I’ve waited almost 2 hours and am still waiting
The manager Martha Pickell at Chandler AZ location is a professional, excellent person whit empathy for everybody, she runs the business with efficiency in a very good attitude. She is an expert withdrawing blood.
