The staff is always nice. But you need to hire more staff that could be the reason for the high turnover. I've been coming to this office for a few years. The last few times your lobby has been so full people are standing.
Almost beat the Guinness World Records (if there is one) – 118 minutes from check-in to leaving, for lab work at Chandler’s LabCorp (Frye & Dobson).
I suggest trying a different location. I’ve been waiting for TWO HOURS. After asking the THIRD time why people who arrived AFTER me are being called BEFORE me, they admit there was a “mix up”. This place is a joke.
Had appointment. Was seen promptly. Easy check in. Friendly, professional and kind staff.
To the phlebotomist who drew my 7 year olds labs today, THANK YOU! You were so kind to my son and made him feel so much better. It was his first time getting his blood drawn and he was so nervous! Because of you making jokes with him and getting him to laugh he made it through without any issues. You are an angel Also, we made an appt and got it right at 8:15 as scheduled. I am very pleased with this experience.
