Did not experience the same as others. Service was pretty quick (<30min) at 10 AM on a wednesday and they didn't miss my vein so that was nice.
They've always been kind to me here. However, I've always had an appt. Today I walked in midday thinking it would be quick. Nope. Here over an hour and still a ton of ppl before me. And the appt ppl who walk in seem to jump to the front of the line, though they were not waiting long. Do yourself a favor - make an appt, no matter what time of day. Also, if it matters, bring your own hand sanitizer. Theirs doesn't work. They also have a thing on the check-in saying if you want to wait elsewhere they will text you. They don't. ... read more
