Got in real quick and easy. Had a very pleasant talk with Laura. I've had a ton on blood tests done which makes me tough to get the needle in right. She did it first time and i naturally felt it. We even laughed and joked a bit. Made me feel good for my day.
My experience was excellent. It helps to do the previsit registration and use the checkin kiosk.
Was concerned after reading reviews but didn’t want to go to the one at Wesley due to difficulty parking. Went as a walk-in at 7:33am on a Friday and the waiting room was already full but several people had not signed in. They were having an issue with the express check-in, but I signed in on the clipboard with my time of arrival. I was called to the desk quickly and given an email address to send my lab order to since I only had a digital copy. The worker quickly pulled up the order and called me back.
