The worst. Incompetent in insurance, billing, and otherwise.
Got in real quick and easy. Had a very pleasant talk with Laura. I've had a ton on blood tests done which makes me tough to get the needle in right. She did it first time and i naturally felt it. We even laughed and joked a bit. Made me feel good for my day.
