Apparently this location is CLOSED for a year but still allowing you to make appts at the online scheduling! I received confirmation emails and even a day before check in link only to get an email at midnight the same day that my appt was cancelled. What a waste of time. Can’t someone update the online system to close this site???
This place is horrible. Wait time is extensive. Doctor's office says it's walk in. You walk in they tell you to make an appointment. It's like they get some sort of sick satisfaction watching people wait. It does not take this long to draw blood. They need better organization, especially for the prices.
In all the years I've been going to this location I've never had to put up my debit card in case my insurance didn't cover my blood draws, I've had the same insurance. I had to leave with out getting my blood drawn.
The staff is doing their best but it's painful- They claim walk in, and that you won't be there long but every visit is easily 30 mins long. Their system is not great-
Was told by Doctor this would be quick and simple pickup/drop off of test kit for my sick 85 yr old Mom. There was no available seating and other people standing around a counter that was closed. Saw no sign of any employees, glass counter window was shut. About 11:45am. Then a nice elderly obviously ill person pointed to the computers and told me I had to start there.
