Terrible customer service. The two women working at the front desk have an extremely poor attitude toward customers. They are rude, unwelcoming, and lack basic professionalism when greeting and assisting people. Customer service should be a priority, especially in a healthcare facility where patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Very disappointing experience. Management should seriously address how their front desk staff treats customers.

Walked in and out within 15-20 minutes without an appointment. Nice staff, great service.
Arrived early by 15 minutes, very easy check-in process by simply scanning QR code, the front desk wasn’t helpful or friendly. Still waiting 24 minutes past appointment time.
