Very rude person at the front desk and she billed my insurance incorrectly.
I had a 1:15 appointment and wasn’t seen for a blood draw until 2. The guy told me it would be up to a week for the results when it should only be 24 hours. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly either.
I have to give a shout out to my phlebotomist. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. She was doing check in and blood draws. As someone who has always had a horrible experience with blood draws this was amazing. Usually it takes the phlebotomist three or four tries to get my blood, she got it on the first try! She was super personable and I would absolutely come back just to have her do my blood draw.
This place was crowded and understaffed and could have been handled better. Check in process needs to be simplified. First and foremost at kiosk - do you have an account with Labcorp? Put in phone or email and pull information instead of having to scan cards or input manually. Not that hard. I asked when I got there how long it would be because there seemed to be quite a few in waiting room. “Shouldn’t be too bad” but it was. I’m thinking might have to wait 10-15 minutes. WAY longer.
