Absolutely horrible wait time. Their walk-in vs appointments system make no sense. Be prepared to wait an extremely long time. The young lady at the front desk was amazing. The lady that collected my specimen was absolutely horrible. I hate saying that, but she was dry and acted as if she had an issue with me. Unfortunately, looking at some of the reviews, she treated other women that look like me the same way. She makes labcorp look bad.
The black lady at the front with the white coat on with no edges, she was rude and had a bad attitude and wasn't willing to help me like she helped others. I said nothing wrong or rude to her. It's like she automatically had an issue. I didn't understand how she was put in charge because she's unprofessional. She was working yesterday March 12, 2025 during the first half before lunch. The other guy with the curly hair was really nice and understanding. He should be the one in charge.
System crashed even though I have confirmation for my appointment. I feel if you can seen confirmation for the appointment send a confirmation that the system crashed so no one has to travel all the way there.
One of Lab Corp drivers was driving extremely crazy. About drove me off the road and caused a crash on the interstate and when I go to get my camera to take a picture he drives off as fast as he could cutting across 4 lanes. I have a video of this and will be turning it over to the police dept on my day off. He could have killed me and my passenger.
The employees who work here should not have any job that requires social work, let alone healthcare. The receptionist’s behavior was incredibly dismissive and rude. If you want professional adults to handle your personal information and medical care, do not come here.
