Been here a couple times now, I try to avoid this location as much as I can. Absolutely terrible attitudes, unhelpful, just the worst experience every time. Labcorp needs to do better seriously. Would give 0/ 5 if possible.
Extremely rude intake receptionist. Sitting to the right of the window in second seat. I had 3month orders for every 2 weeks. Said I could not make appointments, only walk in. Today was an appointment made on line. Repeating herself 3 times, hateful tone of voice. I said I understand. Than told me I had a past due bill. I explained we saw doctor last Monday and he was taking care of it. Refused to allow lab work, in have CKD and Colon Cancer. She could have treated me with respect instead of distain.
