This place was crowded and understaffed and could have been handled better. Check in process needs to be simplified. First and foremost at kiosk - do you have an account with Labcorp? Put in phone or email and pull information instead of having to scan cards or input manually. Not that hard. I asked when I got there how long it would be because there seemed to be quite a few in waiting room. “Shouldn’t be too bad” but it was. I’m thinking might have to wait 10-15 minutes. WAY longer. The Overland Park, KS, location is terrible. They clearly don't care about the reviews, as my complaint is the same. Rude receptionist, will make people wait unnecessarily and overall are cold people. The person who takes the blood probably can't get hired anywhere else due to poor skills. All she does is take blood for a living and still can't get it done without digging around in an arm. Go anywhere else!

I got tested somewhere else and received an email from Labcorp saying I needed to register to see my test results. When I registered, they said they couldn't identify me and that I still had to fill out and send a bunch of forms so they could do it. And then you have to wait a few days for the results to be unlocked! How am I to blame if someone made a mistake? I'm pregnant and wanted to get my test results quickly, but they're making me nervous and make a huge trek to get them!
Ask your employer to send you somewhere else! It will not replace your lost records.
