NO STARS. Ordered labs through Labcorp and prepaid. Checked in with QR code at kiosk. Front office lady was very mean to everyone, even elderly patients. She refused to let me get my labs drawn b/c said I had no orders in the system. When I tried to explain to her I ordered and prepaid online and I had all the information with confirmation number, she didn't care. Lost my results and cancelled my blood test with zero reason or explanation after fighting for almost a week just to get inconclusive results due to their negligence.
Very rude person at the front desk and she billed my insurance incorrectly.
I had a 1:15 appointment and wasn’t seen for a blood draw until 2. The guy told me it would be up to a week for the results when it should only be 24 hours. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly either.
