I got tested somewhere else and received an email from Labcorp saying I needed to register to see my test results. When I registered, they said they couldn't identify me and that I still had to fill out and send a bunch of forms so they could do it. And then you have to wait a few days for the results to be unlocked! How am I to blame if someone made a mistake? I'm pregnant and wanted to get my test results quickly, but they're making me nervous and make a huge trek to get them!
Ask your employer to send you somewhere else! It will not replace your lost records.

DMV for health, yet somehow worse. This labcorp has no interest in treating customers. Only interested in executing orders. Incredibly rude check-in staff, who is unwilling to check you in actually. We were scolded to use the kiosk, which was frozen. After troubleshooting the kiosk, we checked in by using a screen that was sticker than my toddler's etch a sketch. Nasty. Even nurses were coming into the waiting room calling for names of people that hadn't yet checked into the kiosk, and the nurse left until they checked-in. W... read more
