Terrible wait time and communication.
Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I got my blood drawn quickly. Check-in was easy, reception staff were friendly and professional, and Quanda drew my blood painlessly. Highly recommended.
Larquanda gave me the best blood draw I can remember; hardly felt it! Not anxious to go back for a blood draw, but when I do, I'm going to request her. She was not only great, but also kind.
MA is both receiving patients/helping with check-in and performing phlebotomy. Communication and check-in was great but drawing blood awful, painful and the needle was put too deep, and in unusual vein, it’s the first time in my life to get a bruise from bloodwork. Been there on 10/21/25
The worst labcorp in the area. You book an appointment and they dont honor the appointment time. My appt was at 9:15 and they did not get me in until 10:30. This has happened consistently every single time I came and everytime I was late to go back to work. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to people's time. Please please do not book your appointment at this location. I been to the Tysons Corner location also and the pattern was the same there.
