Very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location. I waited over 30 minutes because I was told I didn’t have the right documents for my doctor’s order. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and argumentative instead of being helpful. When I scanned the barcode from my phone, it worked immediately. Proving them wrong after all that unnecessary back and forth. Even if they had been right, there is no excuse for healthcare professionals to speak to patients the way they did. Absolutely terrible experience. Stuck the needle so deeply in my arm and painfully that it left me a terrible and bumped bruise. The woman also yanked the needle out of me afterwards and provided cotton and weak tape to seal me up which broke off in 5 minutes… 10/10 would never go here again
Horrible customer service on September 11th, 2025. Walked in and got in line to drop off samples to be processed. As soon as I got in line the receptionist spoke over to the two people in front of me and told me to sign in pointing to the kiosk in the lobby. I did not go to the kiosk because I was not checking in. I stayed in line to wait until I was at the front of the line to speak with her because I did not want to raise my voice and talk over the customers in front of me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. Instead of politely explaining that the place was about to close, she gave me attitude and dismissive looks. A simple kind explanation would have gone a long way, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.
ZERO stars. My 5 year old needed thyroid and cortisol lab work (which needs to be drawn between 7-9 am). I checked for a week and a half for appointments in this time frame and there were none so we walked in Monday morning at 8:15. They did not take us back until 9:15. Making a toddler wait an hour to do bloodwork, especially when it needs to be done before 9am, is insane. My child already has anxiety and the wait just made it ten times worse.
