I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I know to give flowers where flowers are due. Santrell at LabCorp in Arlington runs her location with incredible efficiency and professionalism. I showed up 30 mins early to be safe, but she immediately checked me and told me not to worry. She called me up right after I checked in, and I was back out the door in under eight minutes. I spent more time thanking her on my way out than I did in the drawing room. Outstanding service! I’ll absolutely be coming back. 11/10
When the check in is done (machine) it should tell you straight away that you need to email them your order. And please simplify and shorten your email address. Oh and please validate the parking !
I received an email saying my results were ready. To access them, I was forced to create an account. Immediately after creating the account, I was told to start an identity authentication process — which already makes little sense given that they had just emailed me about my “ready“ results. The authentication then failed, claiming my data could not be verified based on the information I had just provided. I was given the option to delete my account and create a new one to fix the issue. I had an excellent experience at the LabCorp location in Ballston, Arlington, VA. My appointment was around 11:30AM, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Over the past few years, I’ve been to several labs and had some pretty bad experiences, with staff being rude, impatient, or unhelpful. I’ve been here twice recently, but this last time was great. Shantay (sp?) was amazing at drawing my blood, it barely hurt at all. Both times I was seen promptly with an appointment. Will come back to this location for any future lab work.
