I’ve been here twice recently, but this last time was great. Shantay (sp?) was amazing at drawing my blood, it barely hurt at all. Both times I was seen promptly with an appointment. Will come back to this location for any future lab work.
The female at the front desk is so unpleasant and unprofessional I'm considering other locations and labs. Truly a horrible experience every time. Wait is always fine for us and I like LCs portal, ease of transfering orders, but it's also not clean and the staff make it untenable. The tone is way off at this location.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I got my blood drawn quickly. Check-in was easy, reception staff were friendly and professional, and Quanda drew my blood painlessly. Highly recommended.
Larquanda gave me the best blood draw I can remember; hardly felt it! Not anxious to go back for a blood draw, but when I do, I'm going to request her. She was not only great, but also kind.
