ZERO stars. My 5 year old needed thyroid and cortisol lab work (which needs to be drawn between 7-9 am). I checked for a week and a half for appointments in this time frame and there were none so we walked in Monday morning at 8:15. They did not take us back until 9:15. Making a toddler wait an hour to do bloodwork, especially when it needs to be done before 9am, is insane. My child already has anxiety and the wait just made it ten times worse. Had a really positive experience here—everyone at the reception was polite and professional, made check-in smooth and welcoming. Appreciate the warm attitude and efficiency!
The parking here costs $9. That’s outrageous. Find a different location that works.
The team at the LabCorp Office were amazing! The were kind, friendly and courteous. For a walk in patient , the check in and intake was brief. My test followed shortly after. My only gripe is about the actual building itself. The price for the parking is outrageous at $9.00 for the first hour. That's rather expensive even for the heart of Arlington. If the business in the facilities were able to validate they should have made it clear. Again, I recommended using the lab, but be mindful of the parking
