Waited for over an hour for my appt. And receptionist let doctor skip ahead of 10 patients
Long, frustrating wait due to severe understaffing. Staff on-site were helpful and acknowledged the issue, but the place is clearly mismanaged. Pro tip: book an appointment—or better yet, avoid it altogether.
Waited for 2 hours before giving up. Don’t ever go without an appointment. I also watched someone with an appointment give up after an hour too so still come prepared. Staff told me that they are told to prioritize the appointments even if someone has been waiting for 5 hours. Pretty cruel way of tending to people, some of whom have been fasting for over 12 hours, some hydrating and waiting to give urine sample. Without any waiting lists or estimated wait time, this place far from treating humans with dignity or care.
Definitely wear a mask. Tiny waiting room with no ventilation. Plan for at least a 30-45 minute delay, because they over-schedule. On second thought, go elsewhere.
