This place is a masterclass in dysfunction. Think DMV meets post-apocalyptic urgent care. The waiting room? Oh, just a lively homage to the Tower of Babel—an endless chorus of confusion featuring every language except helpful. The staff? Sparse, overworked, and radiating the warmth of a DMV clerk on their third shift. They always try to charge me for a co-pay and it's never correct. Just refuse and it will disappear. Shakira was awesome so professional and was fast at drawing my blood. Was quick and painless. Amazing experience
I arrived to this location without an appointment, although it did have my paperwork ready. A girl at the front desk was polite in answering my questions. She also came over to assist me with the self-check in. He continued forward and handing me a cup for urinalysis. I came out sat down for about a minute and was called. The phlebotomist was professional, painless (thank God) and efficient. I was in and out of there within 10-15 minutes.
