This place is a joke. Staff in the back laughing , mind you there is nobody in line just me and my kid . Just needed a stool sample container waited up front for 20 minutes with nobody caring to help .
I had a 9:30 appointment and was seen 40 later. When asked how I was doing I said it's 40 minutes past my appointment. She said they were behind. It only took 5 minutes to draw my blood. How can they be 40 minutes behind for something that should take 5 minutes?
Absolutely terrible lab to get blood drawn. Had an appointment for 2:45pm, the door was already locked at 2:44pm when I got there, but their hours are published as open until 3pm. I knocked on the door and no one answered. Finally got in, the nurse initially refused to let me sign in, until I stated I have an appointment at 2:45 and I was knocking on the door for 5min with no answer.
