Unfortunately this appears to be another understaffed medical facility. The industry is in trouble and it will hurt us all. Self service is another way to relieve workload not a manner of empowering patients. A cold experience here today. Folks working here seem nice enough.
Came for a TB test as a walk-in. Super fast, no complaints. I was in and out in ten minutes
Why have an appt when they still take more than 40 minutes to get you in? Horribly run facility. Very unfriendly staff!
Went here today for a walk in pediatric blood draw with my 11 year old. All the phlebotomists that helped were truly so patient and talked calmly to my son. At one point there were three women and all three made the experience as pleasant as possible with my upset 11 year old. I didn't get names but I was very grateful for their patience with him. I will definitely bring my children back here for blood draws (even if my 11 year old says he's never doing that again).
The phlebotomist was great he was very efficient and able to get my blood drawn fast and with no pain I’ve been to multiple doctors who were unable to get blood from me and causing me great pain from multiple pokes but he was great and fast. I usually never do reviews but I’m so happy with this doctor will be going back if ever needing blood work
