The Hispanic phlebotomist lady that doesn’t speak English well was rude and unprofessional. I had prenatal bloodwork and then she turns to me and says I don’t know any of these things. Which are the questions in the computer she has to answer about my pregnancy. I had to fill it out for her, I don’t think it’s appropriate for your customer to be doing your job. We are done with this place. Though the two working the front were great, the tech taking blood draws was the absolute worst. She was unable to find a vein and started to get upset with my wife. Finally was able to draw blood and my wife was in pain the entire time. A week later and Lapcorp can't test some of the samples because the tech messed up something.
Terrible bed side manner. The technician seemed (verbally) doubtful of taking my labs due to not seeing my veins clearly. When I asked her, she became defensive and chose to not to speak to me. Never going back to this office again. Do better!!
Never going to this location as per the lab tech was not tactful when drawing blood, and it was painful through the whole process. I'm not sure if she did it on purpose because I did not spoke Spanish or she just not a good phlebotomy Tech. Leaving a whole in my vein. Horrible and painful experience.
