The lady in front desk is very snarky and discourteous when answering questions. I get you have a lot to do. But you're still gonna answer the question. Whats the need of being rude.
this place is abysmal. i dropped off a sample collection (for a condition i have had for 10+ years and have always given samples in the same container/form) and was rudely informed it was supposed to be frozen and scrutinized for not having it in a special container. after informing them i had never been told it needed to be frozen, I was only met with a ruder attitude from the phlebotomist. i dont have a problem with medical changes, i have a problem with people who have unprofessional attitudes. instead of redirecting me t... read more
Completely rude front office staff! If you hate your job so much, please step aside and let someone with a better disposition take over. Not only that, but it's wrong to collect a bunch of money before billing my insurance first. Also, I had 2 lab slips from 2 different docs. Some of the tests overlap... I notice they're charging me twice for 6 different lab tests. Finally, they missed 2 of the most important lab tests my doc requested.
