Probably the most painful and unprofessional blood work I’ve ever experienced I truly believe the personnel had no training nor experience, was hardly able to move my arm for the next two days.
Don’t come here simple, place shouldn’t be open in the first place.
Woman at front desk wouldn’t open window to advise on wait times whilst taking person phone calls. If you like to have an appointment, wait regardless and get treated terribly this place is for you!
Ms. Hernandez is the most professional phlebotomist I have ever met. My veins are usually very difficult to draw blood from, and many nurses often have to try multiple times before they can find a vein. However, she succeeds on the first attempt every single time. Because of that, no matter which location she works at, I will go there specifically to have my blood drawn by her
Very poor customer service and very long waits. Broken doors inside and staff shouts out names from behind a wall vs using the reception window sliding glass. You’d think you were in a very poor area the way they operate
