Not sure if the person that did my blood work was training or what but didn’t even put the needle where my vain in most noticeable on the crease of the inside of my elbow. Instead she did it lower on my forearm and left my arm super bruised. Avoid this location! Also, please train your employees to be more careful.

The office was staffed by only one nurse, who appeared overwhelmed and rushed, making it difficult for her to provide any bedside manner. She was efficient however. The facility itself could use some attention—there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which reflects poorly on overall upkeep. On the plus side, my morning appointment at 8:45am had minimal wait time. However, by the time I was leaving, the waiting room had filled up significantly.

I’ve been coming to this location for years but it just keeps going downhill. Check in person never wants to help you and only sends you to kiosk. The “dr” who took my blood today didn’t even speak to me and was just chucking around blood tubes. Also no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom which makes doing a urine sample extra fun. Cleaning sign on door is from January so no one is checking on the cleanliness of this location.
