Quick and efficient
The blonde woman working at the front desk is unnecessarily rude. She repeatedly called patients’ names by shouting from behind the closed window and door, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful, maybe she believed she is working in a fish market. When I arrived I let her know that someone needed to speak with her from the waiting room. She rolled her eyes and sighed before even finding out why. We may have different opinion but in this office I had an excellent experience: my appointment ontime and the Costumer Service by Jennifer (apologies if misspell) was perfect.
The customer service at the window is the worse employee no service what so ever very very rude I wish I knew her name I’m sure I’m not the only one saying this it is horrible!!!
Probably the most painful and unprofessional blood work I’ve ever experienced I truly believe the personnel had no training nor experience, was hardly able to move my arm for the next two days.
