Very poor customer service and very long waits. Broken doors inside and staff shouts out names from behind a wall vs using the reception window sliding glass. You’d think you were in a very poor area the way they operate
Inhumane
This location has black mold all over their AC. As someone struggling with CIRS (mold toxicity) I went there to have my labs done to check my detox progress and I left with extreme headache and dizziness- it took me few days to recover. It is health hazard to everyone but especially for patients like me and I find it ridiculous that healthcare establishment is failing in this regard. I feel sorry for the employees because they have to breathe in this toxic air for several hours every day. Please stay away!
I had a very disappointing experience here. I checked in at 7:00 AM, but no one acknowledged patients until around 7:20. When names were finally called, it was done quietly through a glass window, making it nearly impossible to hear. The staff member I encountered was rude, and overall the professionalism was lacking—employees were not even in proper attire and were instead wrapped in blankets, which did not leave a good impression.
