I’ve been coming to this location for years but it just keeps going downhill. Check in person never wants to help you and only sends you to kiosk. The “dr” who took my blood today didn’t even speak to me and was just chucking around blood tubes. Also no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom which makes doing a urine sample extra fun. Cleaning sign on door is from January so no one is checking on the cleanliness of this location.
Today they closed at 12pm. Without any announcement, just left the full waiting room. What a joke
It’s 2:40 and it’s closed. It was supposed to close at 3pm. Waste of my time driving etc
Place is temporarily closed but allow you to make an appointment which makes no sense
