Rude staff at the Arthur Godfrey Miami location. I simply wanted a cholesterol panel - I was denied - I think the issue was I checked insurance vs self pay, which I was perfectly willing to do. The front desk attendant instead got a lot of attitude - “that’s not what I asked you!” Etc. She could not explain anything and was rude and dismissive - never again - too bad. This place is not worth your time.

I called today because I needed to have some blood work done, and I asked to speak with someone in Spanish. I then asked the person assisting me to help identify the correct English names for the tests I needed; unfortunately, he couldn't help because he said he didn't know the names of the tests and told me I had to go to the website and find someone else to help with the translation. I’ve been there twice now and both times I was very pleased with my visit. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Nurse Tina I believe that was her name was very thorough with my visit. I didn’t even feel when she poked me to take my blood. I will continue going there for more test.
