This office realistically closes before 2pm everyday. Staff starts hiding in the back with the glass door closed as if they’re “with a patient”. Or more often they tell people that “we don’t do the service you’re looking for after 1pm, you can come back tomorrow maybe”. They just try to turn away business to do less work personally . Unprofessional

UPDATE 09/10/2025 Last week, I had a bad experience with my regular goto Labcorp in Miami Beach (this location) when they closed their office to the public for several days without telling the patients! They closed because their a/c wasn't working, which is understandable. Although I had a bona fide appointment with them on 08/2/25 and they have all of my information, they never called me to let me know that their office was closed! As I got to my appointment , I was told they were closing the facility due to a fault in their a/c system. No text, no phone call , no apologies. Basically, a rude attitude is what I got from the lady working the morning shift on a Tuesday. You can tell this company sucks.

EXCELLENT service by YEDY. Check in was easy and the whole process was simple. YEDY was very professional and organized. I will definitely come back to this Labcorp.
