I had a fantastic experience at the Labcorp location in Glen Cove, Vallejo. The office was clean, organized, and the entire visit was quick and efficient. A special thank you to Ray, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and he made the entire blood draw completely stress-free. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I actually look forward to having Ray draw my blood again anytime! Disorganized! Crowded! I have a 9:00 appointment and still waiting while others are going in the back. Too much talking and no service. June 19, 2026 I had an appointment today at 11:00. After checking in at the kiosk I sat down. As there was a sign at the kiosk saying that the service times were incorrect I thought it best to check with the guy at the window. Every time I come into the Vallejo location there are different people working here(I really miss Terry). Today when I came in for an appointment, they had in a local radio station that played Rap music. I enjoy rap music, but the lyrics were explicit and I was embarrassed as there were older senior patients waiting in the lobby. I knew they heard the lyrics as the volume was kind of loud. I had a disappointing experience at the Labcorp location today. I came to drop off a patient sample for an out-of-pocket patient and had payment ready. Although the staff Nia did end up helping, her tone was very aggressive and unprofessional. She said I was “taking their time” and initially acted like she wouldn’t assist me. Her attitude was unacceptable—if she has that kind of behavior toward patients, she should not be working in healthcare. She clearly needs additional customer service training.
