I had a great experience here. I struggle with anxiety, particularly surrounding medical situations. Marie drew my labs, and did a phenomenal job. She reassured me, and made the experience SO much better. I will only come here and request her from now on. She's incredible at her job, and all the other staff I encountered were pleasant as well.
Adding to this review: Please just don't go here - They screwed up labs AGAIN for me. I had an order for metabolic panel and thyroid test. They did a CBC (which was not ordered). I was told "the lab drew labs from my preop and not recent labs". My operation was in October, 5 months ago. This is not the first time they have forgotten or screwed up my labs. Ascension? More like condescension. I never once had an issue with the Ascension Lab Services.. that is.. until today. I was not aware that they had been taken over by Lab-Corp. (Disclaimer: I RARELY write negative reviews and I am a former CMA, therefore I always treat medical staff with respect and give them the benefit of the doubt.) I have been using this lab since 2020. It used to be you made an appointment and you were in and out. LabCorp took over and after 20 minutes past my appointment time I finally asked what was going on. My appointment was not anywhere in their system, I had to physically show them my appointment check in and confirmation to then be told there were still 5 people ahead of me even with my appointment..that had been scheduled 20 minutes prior to this conversation. I suggested they should have kept the old system and walked out.
Changed companies. LabCorp is a hot mess. Poor communication about how to book ahead of time, so there's over an hour wait for walk inside and no way to accommodate those who are fasting with conditions that make this dangerous
