Always “technical difficulties” when calling. I don’t think I can trust a health company that has so many “difficulties”.
1 star because no stars is not an option. Did a walk-in for blood work. Was greeted by "Lorri" at the desk who was the most rude person I have ever encountered in the service industry. Completely unacceptable behavior. Freaked out over the paperwork that my doctor sent and accused me of "staring" at her while she entered the info. Please get her a job where she doesn't have to speak to people.

This lab is now way understaffed since the change to Labcorp. The team there is doin the best they can but needs more people
I had a great experience here. I struggle with anxiety, particularly surrounding medical situations. Marie drew my labs, and did a phenomenal job. She reassured me, and made the experience SO much better. I will only come here and request her from now on. She's incredible at her job, and all the other staff I encountered were pleasant as well.
