Signed contract and paid deposit in November of 2021 now 7 months later still have no answer when they coming. Every time I call I get told 3+ months and that has been for the past 3 months.Have to leave a message they won’t call back for few days. They will say I will check on that question and call you back but they don’t call back. I very much recommend finding another contractor, I will try to terminate the contract because another local company can do the job in a professional manner in under 7 months. We had teddy build us an enclosed patio and first he said the gutter we had would be enough to drain the water which it wasnt so we had to put in a new one. Then the roof started leaking and he avoided our calls. Then after that the places where the wires come theough started leaking. Then the sealant came undone in another spot. He is still avoiding calls making this one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Go with someone else even if it cost more because teddy did a bad job!!!!
