The place is so clean, the owner Jared is super nice and very accommodating, Morgan who leads stretch class is super sweet! I never made it to yoga class but I heard it is awesome. It was so unique to be able to use my own bike for spin workout. Seeing my data on the screen was very nice to motivate myself. I don't know any place to get stretch exercise right after the hard spin workout.... I like to support local business like this. Go check it out everybody!
