Great experience - I've looked for a good recliner at many local furniture stores without finding anything I liked, but when I went to the La-Z-Boy store, they had just what I was looking for (and it was on sale), and Joshua made the process so easy for me that it took no time at all. Highly recommended!
I thought I would get a good deal when you had your Black Friday Sale. I saw a Lazy Boy recliner advertised for $499, supposedly they were normally $999, and I wanted to buy two of them. (We currently had two other Lazy Boys that did not have good lower back support, so we wanted better lower back support). We were told the color we wanted was not in stock, and it would take six weeks for us to receive the chairs.
