We arrived at La-Z-boy knowing which recliners we wanted to buy. Kate advised us that it had been discontinued and offered us a different choice. It was a better option. More expensive but definitely more appropriate for our needs. She walked us clearly through all of the choices available, letting us see and try out each of the choices in the display room. She was helpful and knowledgeable throughout our experience. I can highly recommend the store and especially Kate.
Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Warwick RI store. I stopped in on a Saturday and was just browsing. No pressure at all from the sales people and Kate was extremely supportive and encouraged me to take my time and try any of the chairs. Came back the next day with my husband and she was again very supportive. We decided on a chair and throughout the whole check out process had my best interests in mind regarding sales. Nice job!
Salesperson Ann Marie was very helpful and patient with my husband and me.
Shopping was low pressure. We were directed to what we were looking for and given “ space” by salesman to look chairs over with no pressure. All our questions were answered and all our options were explained to us in detail. Dereck was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the items we were looking at. Overall, a pleasant experience shopping for a new recliner.
My husband and I went there looking to replace an older lazy boy chair for me and we needed to add a few additional seats to our soon to be remodeled living room. Well Steve greeted us soon after we walked in and he was very warm and friendly. But his knowledge of the products in the store impressed us and his professionalism was also a plus.
