CC was very professional, patient, informative, kind, warm and relaxed. I recon my 92 year old mother tried pretty much every chair in the shop, not deciding which one she wanted for literally hours. In the end, CC was able to provide mother with all she wanted, comfort colour, size, material, texture , remote as opposed to manual, instructions for remote operation, adjustable lower back and head support, warranty, care instructions and a promise to stand behind the product.
