We had a great experience while searching for a recliner. Nadia was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to our concerns are suggested a chair that was both stylish and supportive.
Looking for a new family room comfy chair. Many to choose from, most came with lots of options and custom colours, which was great Nadia was really helpful and knew her product very well and helped zone us in on the right chair for us.
The La-Z-Boy staff who helped me were Anita, Nastassia, and Chetna. All these women were very friendly, easy to talk and very professional. Anita first approached me and gave me a quick description of what the store had to offer before quietly leaving me to explore (and sit ;) ) on all the recliners that caught my attention.
